These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and the purchase of products sold by Logarsson including, but not limited to, merch and exhaust tips.

Order and Payment

By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We accept payments via credit and debit cards. All transactions are securely processed through trusted payment processors, ensuring the protection of your personal and financial data. Prices include VAT, and shipping costs are calculated separately. Once the payment is successfully processed, your order will be processed and shipped as soon as possible.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping method. For all orders placed on the Logarsson website, we use Pošta Slovenije for delivery. The estimated delivery time is between 2 to 5 business days from the receipt of your order.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are charged additionally and amount to 4 EUR.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from the Logarsson website, we offer returns within 14 days of receiving the product. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Return Process:

• The customer must notify us of the intention to return the product within 14 days of receiving the item. Please send the notification to our email address: info@logarsson.si.
• The item must be returned within 14 days after the notification. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect its condition. If the product is in its original condition and has not been damaged or used, we will process the refund.
• Refund: After successfully inspecting the returned product, we will refund the full purchase amount, excluding the return shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the purchase (e.g., credit card or bank transfer).
